Ordering With Us: A Step-By-Step

rough measurements of your existing doors/windows (full width and height including the frame. Also include sidelights and top fanlight for doors).

photos of your doors/windows from both inside and outside (for doors, also take a photo of the threshold with the door opened).

if you would like a different door design to your existing, send us some reference photos to give us an idea of what style you have in mind.

The First Quote
After exploring your window/door design, we will send an initial quote.
Arrange Meeting
If the price seems right for you and you would like to proceed with the order, we will organise a site visit with our Managing Director. He will take accurate measurements of your doors/windows for production, as well as answer any of your questions.
Deposit
After the visit, we will calculate a second quote based on more accurate measurements. The deposit invoice will also be sent to you.
Confirmation
After deposit has been paid, and before we put your order in line for production, we will need confirmation on smaller details such as:

RAL colour code for doors and frames

Furniture colour for knob, knocker and letterbox for doors, and window handles (polished chrome, satin chrome or polished brass)

Glass unit types for door leaf, sidelights, fanlight and door number (clear, obscure, reeded or no glass)

Type of KFV mulipoint lock for doors (key/key or key/thumbturn)
Manufacture
Your order will be put in line for production.
Arrange Delivery/Installation
Once we receive news from the factory that your order is in its final stages of producion, we will organise delivery and installation dates.
Preparation
In order to prepare for installation, we ask that you clear as much space around the doors/windows as possible. Remove curtains and cover all furniture in the room. We also ask you to organise/reserve a space for our van next to your property.
Installation
After delivery, installation will start straight away.
Final Payment
After the installation and final payment has been confirmed, we will register your windows/doors with FENSA, and you will receive a FENSA certificate, our company Guarantee (details below) and an Insurance Backed Guarantee with GGFI through the post.
